Meet the Doctor

Dr. Okezie Aguoru is a very dedicated and compassionate physician with over 20 years of medical experience. Dr. Aguoru completed his Medical Degree from the University of Port Harcourt in Nigeria and then completed his residency in Family Medicine in Jamaica hospital, New York, in affiliation with Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Dr. Aguoru has a thriving Family Medicine practice in Houston, Texas, which he has run successfully for several years. He has now decided to delve into urgent care medicine as well to provide his expertise to a new subset of patients. Dr. Aguoru has a passion for teaching, mentoring, travel, and international medicine. He is also happily married and resides in the Katy area with his wife and children.
